We're looking for a Associate, Customer Success who is passionate about customer success, learner engagement, and driving program completion while delivering an outstanding support experience.

As a Associate, Customer Success you will serve as the primary point of contact for learners after
You will be responsible for onboarding students, driving engagement, handling support queries, improving retention, and ensuring learners successfully complete their programs.
Shift Details

- Conduct onboarding calls with learners before their batch begins and ensure a smooth

Customer Service, or other customer-facing roles.

- Experience handling post-sales customer interactions and relationship management.
- Comfortable managing multiple learner interactions and support tickets simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and CRM tools.
- Experience in EdTech or learning/customer success environments is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
