Responsibilities

- Welcome visitors and prospective learners at the front desk with a professional and helpful approach.
- Understand enquiries, explain relevant education programs, and guide prospects through the next steps.
- Make outbound and follow-up calls, maintain accurate lead records, and schedule counselling conversations.
- Coordinate with counselling and admissions teams to ensure timely handling of walk-ins and enquiries.
- Achieve assigned sales and conversion goals while delivering a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain an organized reception area and support routine front-office coordination.

Requirements





- Open to freshers and candidates with up to 4 years of relevant experience in front desk operations, inside sales, admissions, customer service, or a related area.
- Strong verbal communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, presentable, organized, and comfortable speaking with diverse learners and visitors.
- Basic computer proficiency and the ability to maintain structured follow-up records.
- Prior experience in education counselling, telecalling, retail sales, or lead conversion will be useful.

This is a full-time, in-office chance based in Gurgaon, Haryana, offering a monthly salary range of ₹20,000 to ₹28,000. The successful candidate will contribute directly to learner engagement, enquiry management, and admissions growth while working closely with the organization’s counselling and sales teams.
