Bench Sales Recruiter who can independently manage the complete bench sales lifecycle and leverage strong market relationships to generate real requirements, interviews, and placements for U.We are specifically looking for professionals who have established relationships with Implementation Partners, Prime Vendors, and/or Direct Clients and know how to convert those relationships into meaningful business opportunities.

Coordinate with recruiters and consultants to ensure quality submissions and timely follow-ups.

Consistently achieve individual performance and placement targets.

- Demonstrated ability to independently manage the complete bench sales lifecycle .
- Established relationships with Implementation Partners, Prime Vendors, and/or Direct Clients .
- Strong negotiation, networking, follow-up, and relationship-management skills.
