The Marketing Data Analyst Role

As a part of Global Marketing Operations, you will be a key contributor to the overall lead follow-up process across all regions, focusing on inbound lead data quality, enrichment, segmentation, validation, and dispatching leads in our database.

This role would suit someone with experience in database operations, marketing operations, CRM data management, or data quality, who is analytical, detail-oriented, and interested in using technology and automation to improve marketing data processes.

You won't just be doing manual data entry; you'll have the freedom to leverage tools like Python, SQL, and Power Automate to build innovative, automated solutions that eliminate repetitive tasks.

You'll gain hands-on expertise with top-tier martech platforms, utilizing Salesforce, Marketo, 6sense, Cognism, and BriteVerify to enrich and elevate our entire database ecosystem.

Strategic data detective work: By actively contributing to database governance and best practices, you will leave a lasting footprint on how our data is captured, augmented, and utilized globally.

Eliminating database friction: You will tackle the universal challenge of 'dirty data' head-on by identifying and resolving duplicate, invalid, or non-compliant records, ensuring cross-functional teams can entirely trust the information they use.

Your meticulous validation of key fields—like company size, revenue, and industry segment—will be the exact foundation that enables our teams to launch hyper-targeted, highly successful global campaigns.





Through your detailed data analysis, reporting, and commitment to quality, you will provide the clear, accurate insights that the wider marketing organization relies on to execute their most critical projects.

Mandatory 3 years of experience in database operations, CRM operations, marketing operations, or data administration.

Good understanding of data quality and database management.

Positive Excel skills.

Knowledge of Salesforce.Previous experience in database operations, data quality, or data analysis.

Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.

Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL.

Experience with data enrichment or validation tools is desirable.

Knowledge of Python/Pandas, QlikSense or automation tools is an advantage.

Ability to identify data issues and develop practical solutions.

Ability to complete data enrichment and operational requests quickly and accurately.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
