As a Digital Product Owner for Product Compliance area, you will be involved in development and maintenance of products to manage Part (chemical composition & hazardous info) & Chemical Compliance (Chemical properties & human safety) information for AB Volvo product compliance needs. All work is done in agile teams in iterative collaboration with developers. We are seeking a candidate with passion, you will work closely with business representatives, product managers, architects, engineers, and operations to ensure that our platforms deliver measurable value and are ready for use in production. Business Value & Prioritization: Identify and prioritize business needs for reusable Agentic AI capabilities, balancing customer value, risks, technical dependencies, and capacity.

Backlog Ownership: Own and refine the team backlog, ensuring clear priorities, dependencies, acceptance criteria, and expected outcomes.

Leverage user feedback, adoption insights, and performance metrics to drive continuous improvements in usability, quality, and business value.

Coordinate dependencies and ensure readiness for onboarding, releases, support, monitoring, and ongoing operations.

Stakeholder Alignment: Communicate priorities, decisions, trade-offs, risks, and expected outcomes to stakeholders.

Strong English communication skills,



with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders, influence decisions, resolve conflicts, and drive cross-functional alignment.

Creating a climate where people are motivated to do their best to help the organization achieve its objectives.

Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering in mechanical, chemical and Computer Science, or a related technical field.

Proven experience as a Product Owner, preferably in automotive, manufacturing, or enterprise digital solutions.

AI & Agentic AI: Good understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, and Agentic AI concepts, including orchestration, automation, and enterprise use cases.

AI Product Development: Agile Ways of Working: Experience with SAFe, Scrum, backlog management, and Agile product delivery. Working knowledge of cloud platforms (preferably Azure), APIs, system integration, AI security, data privacy, and responsible AI principles.
