A global pharmaceutical company is building its India hub and has partnered with Flexiple to hire its reporting team. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.
As a Financial Reporting Analyst, you will own the monthly and quarterly reporting cycle, making sure statements are accurate, compliant, and delivered on time.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Own parts of the month-end close and reconciliations
Ensure reporting aligns with group policy and accounting standards
Support audits with clean schedules and documentation
1 to 5 years in financial reporting, accounting, or audit

- Solid grasp of accounting standards such as IFRS or Ind AS
- Transparent written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Experience in a GCC, MNC, or audit firm
CA, ACCA, or CPA, qualified or part-qualified
Hands-on with an ERP such as SAP or Oracle
A reporting seat at a global pharma company's India hub
