Responsibilities

Lead and execute projects following standard project management guidelines and compliance requirements

Drive reliability, quality, and compliance improvements across manufacturing partnerships

Oversee product lifecycle management processes and coordinate engineering changes

Develop business cases, manage timelines, resources, and budgets for strategic initiatives

Maintain technical documentation and serve as primary PLM approval contact





Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related field; Master's preferred

Minimum 6+ years relevant experience; 4+ with Master's degree or 2+ with PhD

Healthcare industry experience in medical technology or pharmaceuticals

Project management expertise with demonstrated methodology and tool proficiency

Solid communication and interpersonal skills across organizational levels

Supply chain, operations, or manufacturing background preferred

Six Sigma or Lean certification preferred; fluent English required
