Monitor and manage the distribution network to ensure optimum productivity and market penetration.
Plan and execute sales promotion initiatives to enhance lead generation and business conversions.
Guide customers through the loan application process and support them in completing documentation requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams including Credit, Legal, Technical, Operations, RCU, and other support functions to ensure smooth processing and optimum turnaround time (TAT).
Maintain business databases, MIS reports, sales trackers, and periodic reporting requirements.
Drive cross-selling of insurance and other related financial products.
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and established business processes.
