Business Development: Team Management: Lead, guide and motivate a field sales/admissions team of 15–25 members, monitor performance and ensure achievement of admission targets.
Develop and manage strategic relationships with preschools, daycare centres, tuition centres, activity centres, educational consultants and other relevant partners to strengthen the admission pipeline.
Build and maintain solid long-term relationships with channel partners, parents and key local stakeholders to support business growth.
BTL Marketing & Events:



Plan and execute BTL marketing activities, community outreach programs, events and campaigns to increase brand visibility and generate quality leads.
Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitor team, channel and campaign performance, analyze conversion metrics and prepare reports to identify gaps and drive corrective actions.

2–5 years of experience in the education sector is mandatory , preferably in school admissions, education sales, EdTech, preschool, K-12 or related sectors.

- Prior team management experience is mandatory , preferably managing a field sales/admissions team.
- Proven experience in business development, school admissions, education sales and/or channel partnerships.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, negotiation and convincing skills.
- Strong leadership, coaching and performance-management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver business targets.
