Job Description – Merchandiser (Exports) Location: Mumbai

Reporting To: Sales Manager / AGM – Sales & Marketing

The role requires close coordination with customers, factory, sourcing, quality, and internal teams to ensure smooth order execution, timely follow-ups, and high levels of customer satisfaction. Review purchase orders and ensure all customer requirements, specifications, pricing, packaging, and delivery timelines are accurately understood and communicated.
Work closely with sourcing, production, planning, quality, and sales teams to ensure orders are executed as per customer requirements and agreed timelines.
Ensure all product specifications, packaging requirements, artwork approvals,



and customer instructions are implemented correctly.
Graduate in any discipline is mandatory.

- Degree or Diploma in Textiles, Apparel, Merchandising, or Supply Chain will be an advantage.
- MBA (Marketing, International Business, or Operations) is desirable but not essential.
- 3–5 years of merchandising experience in the home textiles or cotton products export industry.

Experience handling international customers and managing orders from development through production.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and ERP systems.
