Role Overview We are looking for a creative, adaptable, and self-driven Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our growing Digital Marketing team. In this dual-creative role, you will be responsible for bringing our clients' brands to life across digital platforms—creating everything from sleek social media carousels and ad banners to high-engagement Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and promotional brand videos.
Visual Design & Branding:
Design creative social media posts, story graphics, carousels, and display ad banners for a diverse roster of client accounts.
Maintain and uphold visual brand identity, style guidelines, and consistency across client campaigns.
Video Editing & Motion:
Edit fast-paced, thumb-stopping short-form videos (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Meta ad formats).
Trim raw footage, add transitions, kinetic typography/subtitles, audio mixing, color correction, and visual effects.
Creative Collaboration & Campaign Ideation:
Collaborate closely with copywriters,



performance marketers, and social media strategists to brainstorm trending concepts.
Stay ahead of social media design trends, meme culture, transitions, viral audio, and digital advertising formats.
Manage project timelines effectively and iterate based on internal feedback and client revisions.
Experience: 0 to 3 years of hands-on experience in visual design and video editing.
Freshers with a standout portfolio or digital media graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
Prior experience in a digital marketing / advertising agency is a strong plus.
Design: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, or Canva.
Video Editing: Strong foundation in typography, visual hierarchy, color theory, layout composition, and pacing.
Deep understanding of social media formats (aspect ratios, safe zones, hook timing, retention tactics).
Ability to handle multiple fast-turnaround deliverables in an agile agency setting.
A link to an active Behance, Dribbble, Google Drive, or website link showcasing both graphic design and video/reel edits.
