Position: Senior OPT Recruiter Experience: 2–5 Years
Location: Champapet, Hyderabad
Shift: US Night Shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST)
Work Mode: Work from Office

Key Responsibilities:
Source and recruit OPT, H1, H4, GC, USC candidates for the US market.
Identify suitable candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, job portals, databases, and other sourcing channels.
Screen resumes and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, project background, and client requirements.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified OPT candidates for current and future requirements.
Develop a clear understanding of OPT, CPT, H-1B, STEM OPT, and other US work authorization categories.
Coordinate with candidates to understand their availability, visa status, location preferences, and job requirements.
Maintain regular communication with candidates to improve engagement and minimize dropouts.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sourcing, submission, interview,



and placement targets.
Develop and maintain professional relationships with candidates and ensure a positive recruitment experience.
Stay updated on US IT staffing trends, candidate availability, and recruitment market conditions.

What We're Looking For:

- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in US IT recruitment, preferably with a strong focus on OPT hiring.
- Valuable understanding of OPT, CPT, STEM OPT, H-1B, and US work authorization processes.
- Proven experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, job boards, and other recruitment platforms.
- Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
- A self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented approach to work
