Job Title: Order to Cash (O2C) - Accountant Department: Finance & Accounting
Experience: 2–5 Years
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent
Process: Order to Cash (O2C)
Budget : 5.5 LPA
Notice Period : Immediate - 15 Days
Manage end-to-end Order to Cash (O2C), cash application activities.
Process customer orders and validate order details.
Perform customer invoicing, billing, and credit note processing.
Handle cash application and payment allocation against open invoices.
Monitor accounts receivable (AR) balances and outstanding payments.
Follow up with customers for overdue invoices and collections.
Perform account reconciliation and investigate payment discrepancies.
Manage deductions, short payments, and customer disputes.
Prepare ageing reports and track overdue accounts.
