Define quality standards, metrics, and targets across data types.
Build and lead Quality Leads and QA teams.
Lead client quality reviews and manage quality-related escalations.
Partner with Project Leads to balance quality, speed, and cost.




Identify root causes and implement lasting improvements in processes, training, and guidelines.
Monitor quality reports and drive corrective actions.

8+ years of experience, including 4+ years leading teams.

- Robust experience in quality management and high-volume operations.
- Proven ability to design and scale quality systems.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience leading managers or team leads.
- Experience in annotation, data labeling, AI training data, multimodal, or LLM evaluation projects is preferred.

This is a project-based role involving a defined number of evaluation tasks.
Work Schedule: Five working days per week, including weekends as required, with two weekdays off.
