Leica Biosystems, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Field Service Engineer to provide technical support for histology and digital pathology systems across North India. The role involves on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of diagnostic equipment while building customer relationships and contributing to service revenue targets.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair histology and digital pathology systems for academic and clinical customers

Deliver technical support via in office visits, phone, email, and remote assistance across Delhi NCR and North India

Build relationships with laboratory managers, pathologists, and hospital stakeholders to gather feedback

Meet service response times and productivity targets while managing assigned territory

Contribute to annual service revenue growth and communicate market insights to management

Requirements

Degree in biomedical engineering, electronics, or IT

Experience supporting clinical diagnostic or histopathology products

Strong computer hardware, software, and networking knowledge

Fluent written and spoken English communication skills

Valid driving license preferred

Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 120 pounds
