Derma Elementts Aesthetic Clinic | Koregaon Park, Pune

We are looking for a confident, well-spoken and target-oriented Telecaller to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle leads from Instagram, WhatsApp, Google and phone calls.
- Follow up with enquiries and convert them into confirmed appointments.
- Reactivate existing patients and schedule repeat sessions.
- Maintain lead records and daily calling reports.
- Coordinate with the clinic team to ensure a smooth patient experience.

Requirements:

- Good communication in English, Hindi and Marathi.
- Prior telecalling or sales experience preferred.
- Robust follow-up, convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.

Job Type: Full-time, on-site
Location: Koregaon Park, Pune
Salary: Based on experience.
