We're looking for an experienced Business Development Executive (BDE) who can
take charge of business growth in the corporate segment and help us build strong,
lasting relationships with clients and partners.

*As a BDE – Corporate Events, you will be responsible for identifying new business
opportunities, developing client relationships, pitching event solutions, and driving
You'll work closely with the strategy, creative, and
operations teams to deliver high-impact proposals and ensure successful deal closures.

*Identify and pursue new business opportunities across corporate sectors (FMCG, IT, Pharma,
Build and maintain strong client relationships with marketing, HR,



and admin heads.

- Conduct lead research, outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn), and schedule client meetings.
- Understand client objectives and propose tailored event concepts and solutions.
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and conversions in CRM tools.
- Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and industry meetups.

*1–3 years of proven B2B sales experience in corporate events / MICE / experiential
marketing.
∙Strong industry network and understanding of event formats, client needs, and market
Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
∙Knowledge of Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and proposal creation.
