Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day communication with clients.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams.
- Handle client queries, feedback, and follow-ups.
- Maintain strong and professional client relationships.
- Coordinate with creative, content, digital marketing, and other teams.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, presentations, and reports.
- Track project/service status and ensure timely delivery.
- Identify opportunities for client retention and business growth.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in Client Servicing / Customer Relationship / Sales Coordination.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid follow-up and coordination skills.
- Good presentation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and requirements.
- Knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
