About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Run the Sales F.M.S.: every enquiry, quote, and follow-up logged with a planned date, audited daily.
2. Line up Zoom and field meetings for the sales reps; reconfirm every meeting the same morning.
3. Make the verification call after each meeting and get the proposal out within TAT.
4. Chase every open follow-up on its date: with the rep, with the client, with operations.
5. Keep the Command Center pipeline clean: outcomes, next dates, stream tags, meeting log.
6. Prepare the weekly sales numbers (meetings, conversion, average ticket) for the Monday review. Skill(s) required

4. Comfortable telling a senior rep, politely, that a promise is overdue.
