Position: Senior Software Engineer (CE50SF RM 4542)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our Avionics team. The ideal candidate will have strong avionics software development experience, mandatory hands-on experience in Flight Management Systems, and expertise in developing safety-critical software in a DevOps environment. The role requires ownership of product quality, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and a mindset focused on delivering optimized and productive solutions.

Design, develop, integrate, and verify safety-critical FMS software.

Work in a DevOps environment, contributing to CI/CD and continuous improvement.

Own product quality and ensure compliance with DO-178B/C standards.

Works on software design, coding, integration, and verification

Drive software optimization, automation, and engineering best practices.





Bachelor's or master's degree in aerospace, Electronics, Computer Science, or a related engineering discipline.

- 5+ years of experience in avionics software development.
- Mandatory experience in Flight Management System (FMS) software development. Strong knowledge of DO-178B/C and software design, development, integration, and verification.
- Experience working in a DevOps setting with CI/CD practices.
- Strong programming skills in C/C++, scripting languages, and embedded real-time software development.
- Strong ownership and accountability for product quality.
