Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Manager / Senior Sales Manager to lead and scale the Degree Sales vertical in the EdTech industry. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2C sales, team management, revenue generation, and selling higher education or degree programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and revenue growth.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to improve conversions and enrollments.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Academic Counsellors / Sales Executives.
- Monitor daily sales performance, including leads, calls, counselling sessions, conversions, and revenue.
- Conduct daily team huddles, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.
- Hire, onboard, and train new team members.
- Track KPIs, conversion rates, and revenue per counsellor.




- Analyze sales funnels and identify opportunities to improve team productivity.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and other departments.
- Ensure effective objection handling, follow-ups, and consultative selling.
- Maintain CRM reports, sales dashboards, and customer satisfaction standards.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Minimum 6+ years of B2C sales experience in the EdTech industry (mandatory).
- Minimum 2+ years of team-handling experience; experience managing 10–20 team members preferred.
- Experience in selling degree programs, higher education, or long-term courses.
- Strong understanding of inside sales and high-ticket sales.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue and enrollment targets.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as LeadSquared or Salesforce.
- Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
