Role Overview We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Placement Manager to manage end-to-end placement activities, build strong corporate relationships, drive hiring opportunities, and ensure successful placement outcomes for students/learners.

The candidate will be responsible for employer engagement, placement drives, job fairs, student coordination, interview processes, placement MIS, and achieving defined placement targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with HR, Talent Acquisition and Business Heads.

Develop a solid employer network across multiple sectors and functions.

Coordinate with companies for Job Descriptions, eligibility criteria, compensation and recruitment processes.

Negotiate and finalize hiring partnerships, recruitment drives and placement opportunities.

Placement Drive Management

Manage end-to-end placement drives from requirement collection to final selection.

Job Fair & Recruitment Event Management

Plan and execute on-campus and virtual Job Fairs.

Coordinate with participating companies and HR representatives.

Ensure smooth on-ground execution and employer experience.

Maintain complete event-wise placement data and post-event reports.

Work closely with students to ensure they understand job opportunities, eligibility criteria and recruitment processes.

Address student queries related to placement opportunities and recruitment processes.

Develop new employer acquisition channels through networking, LinkedIn, referrals, industry associations and recruitment platforms.





Identify opportunities for bulk hiring, fresher hiring, internships and experienced hiring.

MIS & Reporting

Maintain accurate placement MIS and employer databases.

Track company-wise and drive-wise hiring performance.

Provide data-driven insights to the leadership team.

Coordinate with Career Services, Student Support, Marketing, Academic and Operations teams.

Work closely with the Career Services technology/platform team to ensure job postings and recruitment activities are updated.

Support student engagement campaigns related to placement opportunities.

Ensure placement activities are aligned with the Placement Policy and eligibility criteria.

Accuracy and timeliness of MIS/reporting

Strong understanding of recruitment and hiring processes

Data analysis and MIS reporting skills

Event and Job Fair management

Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment/CRM platforms

MBA/PGDM in HR, Marketing, Business Management or a related field preferred.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in Campus Recruitment, Corporate Relations, Talent Acquisition, Placement Services, University Career Services, EdTech or Higher Education will be preferred.
