We are looking for an experienced and proactive Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment, primarily for Sales and Account Manager (AM) positions across the US and India, based on business requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to understand business hiring needs and deliver quality candidates within agreed timelines.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Sales, Business Development, Account Manager (AM), and related business roles across the US and India.
Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, skilled networks, employee referrals, and other relevant channels.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.




Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment updates in the ATS or recruitment tracker.
Track recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, sourcing effectiveness, interview conversions, and offer-to-joining ratios.
Stay updated on talent availability and hiring trends across the US and Indian markets.

4–5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition.

- Proven experience hiring for Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or similar business roles.
- Experience recruiting for the US market is highly preferred.
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment reporting.
- Experience in a staffing, recruitment, consulting, or corporate talent acquisition environment.

Understanding of Sales and Account Manager hiring requirements in the US and Indian markets.
Comfortable working in a US shift and from the office in Begumpet, Hyderabad.
