We're looking for an experienced SRE Manager to lead our Site Reliability Engineering team and own reliability strategy across our Cloud and Kubernetes platforms. You'll combine deep technical credibility with strong people leadership — setting direction, growing the team, and acting as the senior escalation point during the most critical incidents — while partnering closely with engineering and business leadership.
This is a Rotational Shift role and an onsite position located at Bangalore, India. You will be required to work from the office on a full-time basis. We are only considering candidates who are within a commutable distance of our Bangalore office and are not offering relocation assistance at this time.
Lead and grow a team of SREs, setting technical direction and reliability strategy across AWS, GCP infrastructure and EKS platforms, and GKE platforms.
Own the organization's Incident and Problem Management processes, ensuring major incidents are handled efficiently, with timely executive communication and thorough post-incident reviews.
Drive the team's automation strategy, championing Python-based tooling and frameworks that reduce manual toil and improve reliability at scale.
Define the organization's observability strategy, ensuring Grafana dashboards, alerting, and SQL/CloudWatch-based analysis practices scale effectively.
Partner with senior leadership, product, and engineering stakeholders to communicate risk, reliability posture, and remediation roadmaps clearly and confidently.
Own hiring, mentoring, performance management, and career development for the SRE team.
Design and build self-healing automation and runbooks that detect known failure patterns and trigger remediation automatically, reducing manual intervention and recovery time for recurring incidents.

Implement and maintain monitoring across multiple regions to ensure consistent visibility into system health, latency, and failover readiness across all deployment zones.
Proactively identify potential failure points and performance bottlenecks before they impact production and reduce operational workload by automating recurring manual tasks.
Drive ITSM process maturity across the organization, partnering with other teams to embed Incident and Problem Management best practices.
Manage on-call structure, escalation paths, staffing, and operational readiness for the team.
You should have 8-12 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, Infrastructure, or related disciplines, including significant experience leading and managing technical teams.
You should have deep hands-on expertise with AWS infrastructure and the technical credibility to guide architecture, operational, and reliability decisions across complex cloud environments.
You should possess advanced proficiency in Python for automation and Terraform for infrastructure-as-code, with the ability to mentor engineers, review technical designs, and establish engineering best practices.
You should have extensive experience owning and improving Incident and Problem Management processes, along with a strong understanding of observability tools and practices, including Grafana, SQL, CloudWatch Logs Insights, and alerting strategies.

You should be an exceptional communicator who can clearly articulate technical risks, incident impacts, and reliability strategies to executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders while building robust partnerships across engineering, product, and business teams.
You should have a proven track record of hiring, developing, and leading high-performing technical teams, creating an environment focused on operational excellence, continuous improvement, and long-term reliability.
You should hold an AWS Professional Certification (Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, or equivalent) and a Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) or equivalent Kubernetes certification, and you demonstrate strong leadership qualities through strategic thinking, incident leadership, people development, and stakeholder trust.
