Role Description The Event Coordinator is a full time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar. This position is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing conferences, seminars, and skilled events aligned with ITR Group's research and development mission. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating venues and vendors, managing participant registrations, preparing event schedules and materials, and ensuring smooth on-site operations. The Event Coordinator will communicate with speakers, partners, and attendees, oversee event logistics and budgets,



and provide post-event follow-up and reporting. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams to enhance participant experience and support the organization's strategic objectives.

Strong event planning and event management skills, including coordination of logistics and timelines.
Qualifications:B-Tech(Any branch)/BSC(IT), MCA,MBA,BSC(IT)
Exp: 0 to 2 years(freshers gills with good English communication can apply)
Sales and relationship-building skills to support event promotion, sponsorships, and participant engagement.
Relevant experience in organizing academic, professional, or corporate events is highly beneficial.
Proficiency with basic office software and event management tools; familiarity with registration and CRM systems is a plus.
