We build frontier technology, including brain-computer interfaces and wearable sensors, robotic platforms, and AI models, to standardize, scale, and augment canine olfaction. Our primary focus is developing a highly sensitive breath-based multi-cancer test capable of triaging risk at population-scale and democratizing the early detection of cancer. We are headquartered in Bangalore, India.
Our mission is to provide informed peace-of-mind to people and their companions by building interspecies technology to enable truly proactive medicine. Our vision is a world where we unleash the superpowers of canines to their fullest potential, gain complete access to the world of scent, and radically uplift the human-canine relationship.
We're backed by top VCs, including Accel and Prosus, and collaborate with leading healthcare and research institutions.
As we head into our launch in early 2027, we're hiring a Care Coordinator to be the test taker's main point of contact throughout their process, from booking to follow through. You will guide families through the test journey, hold follow-up conversations, and where necessary, bring in the medical team when an interaction requires a clinician. You will be the first line of interaction with our customers and set the tone for the high standard of care and service they can expect. Compensation: Competitive, based on experience + ESOPs
Be the trusted point of care and coordination throughout a patient's care journey, especially when they have no one else to turn to
Handle healthcare queries by phone and video: information about the test, handling anxieties and concerns around the test, operational queries around payments, timelines etc.
Ensure adherence to their care plan and monitor their progress, anticipating bottlenecks or barriers
Explain test results in plain language and, without pushing, help customers see the value of regular testing
Coordinate logistics and support transitions of care: appointments, diagnostic tests, imaging, cashless navigation and TPA coordination, and referrals
Manage patient electronic health records
Experience with TPA and cashless insurance navigation with hospitals
Comfortable working with digital interfaces and dashboards (a plus if you can help product teams improve these dashboards through valid feature recommendations)
Fluency in English, Kannada, and Hindi
AYUSH qualification (BAMS, BHMS, or similar) OR experience as a clinical research coordinator or in similar patient-facing roles
Ability to travel locally at short notice
A small, interdisciplinary team spanning engineers, scientists, and working detection dogs. The office is never boring.
Market-competitive salary, health insurance, and flexible time-off
Taking down a patient history + immediate coordination plan (EHR style)
