We work closely with startups, SMEs, and corporates across India, offering services related to incorporation, taxation, licensing, compliance, and allied Fintech-enabled solutions. BizFoc is looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Advisor to join our growing team. This role is focused on client acquisition, relationship management, and business conversion, where you will be responsible for taking potential business opportunities from initial engagement to successful closure. This is an opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales, client engagement, business growth,



and revenue generation and want to build a robust career in a performance-driven business environment.

Manage and convert qualified and high-potential leads provided by the company into successful business opportunities.
Consistently work towards achieving sales, conversion, revenue, and business growth targets.
Contribute towards improving the overall client acquisition and conversion process through effective market and client insights.

Fresher or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Acquisition, Client Servicing, or related roles.
Candidates with prior experience or exposure in a Fintech, Professional Services, Consulting, or B2B environment will be preferred.
Strong sales, negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to understand client requirements and effectively position suitable business solutions.
Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a performance-driven and growth-oriented environment.
