As a Recruiter in our India Global Capability Centre, you will manage end-to-end
recruiting for one or more US partner facilities. and hiring managers, you'll build and run a recruitment plan, source and screen
candidates through digital channels, conduct virtual interviews, and move candidates
smoothly between steps of the recruitment cycle. operation well enough to keep it fully staffed, and you'll be the steady link between
Partner with US hiring managers and site leaders over Teams, phone and email to understand staffing needs,



shift patterns and job requirements

- Build and run a recruitment plan for assigned facilities, including weekly hiring targets and pipeline forecasts
- Source and screen candidates through job boards, social media, the ATS database, referral programs and text or email campaigns
- Conduct phone interviews to assess candidate fit, availability and qualifications
- Run paperless recruiting operations, keeping ATS/HRIS data accurate, current and audit-ready

Experience and qualifications

- Graduate degree in any discipline; an MBA or HR specialization is a plus
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in US IT recruitment, preferably in US high-volume or hourly (light industrial, warehouse, manufacturing or logistics) hiring
- Hands-on experience with an ATS and/or HRIS
- Good working knowledge of MS Office: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word
- Explicit, confident spoken and written English, with comfort speaking to US candidates and stakeholders
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work with data and dashboards
- Able to work independently in a hybrid setup and manage priorities across time 3 zones
