Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive.
The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for HR management and operations, employee relations, HR policies, and overall human resources activities.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of HR management and operations
Experience in employee relations management
Ability to develop and implement HR policies
Excellent knowledge of human resources (HR) best practices and legal requirements
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Qualified certification, such as SHRM or PHR, preferred but not required
