Field Service Engineering work is focused on providing technical advice to customers including commissioning, installing, and testing of products/equipment including: May resolve/troubleshoot implementation problems and/or train customers on the features of the equipment they have purchased An Experienced Professional (P2) applies practical knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience. Works independently with general supervision.



May influence others within the job area through explanation of facts, policies and practices. Responsible for effectively delivering timely technical services transformer at various customer locations Sound knowledge of transformer - technical / erection / commissioning Be customer/results focused and demonstrate a service disposition. Being the primary point of contact customer and factory for the assigned territory. Responsible for installation and commissioning of new equipment, associated wirings, different protection systems i.e. relays, SCADA electrical safety, hazardous area compliance & regulatory requirements Willing to travel across India Living Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business. DEE / BE (Electrical / Mechanical Engineer) -Preferably electrical

- 3 to 7 years' experience in transformer service industries .
- Must have & required skillset of servicing of transformers.
