WE ARE HIRING | SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE (SDR)
Work Location: Goregaon East, Mumbai
Salary: Up to 8 LPA (including 20% variable pay)
Shift: Day Shift
Working Days: 6 Days Working | 1 Week Off
~ Require - Immediate Joiner Only
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound leads and follow up with prospective customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations for qualified leads.
- Generate new business through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Build relationships with SMB and MSME customers.
- Maintain lead records and update CRM systems.
- Coordinate with sales teams to close deals.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Grad or Ugrad 1 year of experience in Sales Development with SaaS, Technology, or IT companies.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of HubSpot or any other CRM is preferred.
