Industrial Project Handling: Manage industrial architecture projects from planning and design development to project coordination and execution support.

- Client Meetings and Relationship Management: Attend client meetings, understand project requirements, maintain strong client relationships, and coordinate throughout the project lifecycle.
- 2D Drawings and 3D Visualization: Prepare detailed 2D architectural drawings, industrial layouts, 3D models, views, and realistic renders.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal project teams to ensure smooth project progress and timely deliverables.
- Design and Compliance:



Develop practical industrial designs while adhering to applicable building regulations, safety requirements, and project specifications.

Arch. or Diploma in Architecture.

- 5+ years of relevant experience in industrial architecture and project handling.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, and Lumion.
- Strong communication, client-handling, and project coordination skills.
- Valuable understanding of industrial layouts, architectural drawings, and 3D visualization.
- Ability to manage projects and coordinate with clients independently.

Civil Engineers and Mechanical Engineers are not eligible for this role.
