Concept of Living Charitable Trust is a social-impact organization empaneled with the Ministry of Women and Child Development, India , working across India in POSH Act Compliance, Workplace Safety, Mental Wellness, Child Protection and Social Impact Initiatives.

We are expanding our Pan-India POSH Compliance Execution Network to engage experienced HR professionals, POSH practitioners, legal professionals and workplace compliance specialists in structured professional assignments.

Are you an HR Professional, HR Consultant, POSH Trainer, POSH Consultant, Internal Committee Member, Legal Professional or Compliance Specialist looking to expand your professional opportunities alongside your existing employment, consultancy or other commitments

We are inviting professionals from Human Resources, Employee Relations, POSH Compliance, Labour Law, Corporate Compliance and Workplace Safety to become part of our growing national execution network.

Unlike traditional freelance consulting opportunities, this role is supported by COL's established

You Focus on Compliance Execution.

Through COL's institutional network, outreach activities and structured engagement systems, employer enquiries and compliance opportunities are generated with joint efforts.
No independent employer cold calling
No door-to-door corporate visits for client acquisition
No individual sales or business development targets
No need to independently search for compliance clients

Eligible professionals can focus on their Activities, expertise, professional development and assigned compliance execution responsibilities.

Depending on your qualifications,



experience, eligibility and assigned responsibilities:
Support POSH Act, 2013 implementation and workplace compliance activities .
Assist organizations with POSH Policy Development, Review and Documentation .
Support Internal Committee (IC/ICC) formation, coordination and compliance processes .
Participate in POSH Compliance Reviews, Documentation and Reporting .
Support IC Training, Capacity Building and Procedural Awareness .
Assist with Annual POSH Compliance Documentation and Reporting Requirements .
Participate in designated Corporate Workplace Safety & Compliance Projects .
Undertake other eligible POSH execution assignments through COL's professional network.

Statutory inquiry responsibilities and external IC membership will be assigned only to professionals who meet applicable legal eligibility and competency requirements.
