We are looking for a Senior Accountant with 3–5 years of relevant experience to join our
Finance team. The role will primarily focus on financial reporting, preparation and
review of financial statements, accounting, reconciliations, audit support, and

Execute month-end/year-end close — review accounting entries, supporting
Assist in preparing financial statements and reports — monthly, quarterly, and
Perform and review reconciliations — bank, partner, and ledger; Support audits — coordinate with statutory auditors and prepare audit schedules
and required documentation for quarterly/annual audits.

- Handle GST, TDS, income-tax compliances, and other statutory filings.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Finance, Credit, Operations, Business, and

Technology teams on accounting, reporting, and reconciliation matters.




● Analyse financial performance — income, expenses, receivables, payables, and
Drive process improvement — strengthen finance processes, reporting systems,
designated finance processes.

B.Com/M.Com, CA Inter, or equivalent, with 3–5 years of relevant experience.

- Strong understanding of financial accounting and financial reporting.
- Hands-on experience in preparing/reviewing financial statements and

accounting schedules.

- Good understanding of GST, TDS, income tax, and related compliances.
- Strong working knowledge of Advanced Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
- Good analytical and reconciliation skills, with strong attention to detail.
- At least 2 years of experience working at a CA firm.
- CA dropout / semi-qualified CA preferred.
- Experience working with statutory auditors and handling audit requirements.
- Exposure to Ind AS and financial reporting under applicable accounting

Accurate and timely financial reporting and period-end closures.

- Clean reconciliations with discrepancies identified and resolved promptly.
- Smooth audits with well-maintained schedules and documentation.
- Strong statutory compliance and financial controls.
- Scalable finance processes that support the business as it grows.

Work directly with senior leadership in a growing digital lending business.

- Own core accounting, financial reporting, and compliance processes end to end.
