Role Description This is a full time, on-site Inside Sales Representative role based in Gurgaon. The Inside Sales Representative will handle inbound and outbound sales calls, qualify leads, and conduct product demonstrations to prospective customers. The role includes managing the sales pipeline, following up on marketing-generated leads,



and coordinating with the account management team to ensure smooth handoffs. The representative will maintain accurate records in CRM systems, prepare proposals, and support contract closure in line with company processes. Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, including experience managing a sales pipeline and conducting product demos.

Candidates should possess Account Management skills, including maintaining ongoing client relationships and supporting renewals or upsell opportunities.

Candidates should possess clear verbal and written communication skills, confident phone and video call etiquette, and effective presentation abilities.

Candidates should possess familiarity with CRM tools, basic sales reporting skills, and comfort working with technology products or SaaS platforms.

Relevant experience in B2B or enterprise software sales and a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field are beneficial.
