We are seeking an experienced Technical Head with 10-15 years of expertise in product design, validation, and integrated testing breaking down to hardware, firmware, communication and mechanical for energy meters and EV chargers. Lead the design of hardware, firmware, and mechanical components for energy meters and EV chargers managing the processes and people effectively

- Oversee the development of industrial IOT-enabled smart energy meters and innovative EV charging solutions.
- Requirement development and mapping and development management of tender
- Validation and Testing
- Understanding of customer requirements and establish and manage protocols for product validation and testing,



ensuring adherence to quality and regulatory standards
- Analyze test results and implement necessary improvements to enhance product performance and reliability
- Reliability testing for a 15-year lifecycle of the product
- Integrated testing with communication software, Android applications and command software under all possible field scenarios
- Liaoning with Government and Private Labs

Project Management

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Projects, production, and quality assurance, to meet project deadlines.
- Ensure that all products meet national and international regulatory standards, including BIS, IEC, and other certifications required for energy meters and EV chargers.

Build and mentor a team of engineers specializing in hardware, firmware, mechanical design and product validation.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronics & Communication Engineering or a related branch of engineering.
- 10-15 years of experience in the design, validation, and testing of hardware, firmware, and mechanical components, preferably in the energy or EV sectors.
- In-depth knowledge of smart energy meter technologies and EV charger systems.
- Strong expertise in regulatory and certification standards (e.g., Proven track record in leading technical teams and managing complex projects.
- Be a part of a growing startup revolutionizing energy management and electric mobility in India.
