Position: US IT Recruiter
Exp: 2 - 6 Plus Years
Location: Trichy (Onsite)

Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment for various technical positions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate evaluations.
Coordinate interviews with candidates, vendors, and clients.
Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
Negotiate pay rates and manage candidate submissions within deadlines.
Maintain recruitment trackers, daily reports, and candidate follow-ups
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and ATS tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced, target-driven environment.
Willingness to work onsite at our Trichy office.
