Job Description – Purchase Executive

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new vendors for raw materials, components, consumables and production requirements.
- Handle vendor sourcing, evaluation and development as per company requirements.
- Prepare and manage Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely procurement.
- Coordinate with vendors for material availability, delivery schedules and quality requirements.
- Follow up on pending orders to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Negotiate with suppliers regarding price, payment terms, delivery and commercial conditions.




- Compare quotations and conduct cost analysis for purchase decisions.
- Coordinate with Production, PPC, Quality, Stores and Accounts for material requirements.
- Maintain purchase records, vendor data, quotations, POs and procurement reports.
- Monitor supplier performance related to quality, cost and delivery.
- Support cost reduction and alternate vendor development initiatives.
- Resolve issues related to material shortages, delayed deliveries and supplier discrepancies.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
