Accounts Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive with 1–5 years of experience to manage day-to-day accounting and finance activities for our retail operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle daily accounting transactions and bookkeeping.
- Prepare and verify sales and purchase invoices.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
- Verify bills, invoices, expenses, and supporting documents.
- Handle GST and TDS-related accounting activities.
- Prepare regular financial and MIS reports.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.
- Coordinate with retail stores and internal departments.
- Assist with monthly closing and audit requirements.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of accounting activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- MBA in Finance.




- 1–5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
- Retail industry experience will be an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing, and reconciliation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Working knowledge of Tally/ERP accounting software.
- Positive analytical and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.

Preferred Candidate's

- Candidates who can join immediately or have a short notice period.
- Candidates based in Hyderabad or willing to relocate to Hyderabad.
