Job Description

Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced qualified to lead civil costing, budgeting, and cost control for real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare project cost estimates, budgets, BOQs and rate analysis for civil works.

- Manage costing for high-rise residential, commercial and large-scale real estate projects.

- Review tender documents, contractor quotations and negotiate rates.

- Monitor project costs, budgets, variations and cost forecasts.

- Conduct value engineering and cost optimization to achieve project cost efficiencies.

- Coordinate with Design, Projects, Procurement and Contracts teams.

- Provide cost inputs for project feasibility, tendering and management approvals.

- Track market rates and benchmark project costs.
