Job Description:
We are hiring Call Center Executive
Location: Sabine hospitals and research Centre, Cherkala, Kasaragod
Key Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming and outgoing patient calls professionally.
- Respond to patient enquiries regarding appointments, departments, doctors, and hospital services.
- Schedule and confirm appointments.
- Provide accurate information about hospital services and procedures.
- Maintain call records and update patient information.
- Coordinate with relevant hospital departments for patient requirements.
- Follow up with patients when required.
- Handle complaints and escalate issues to the concerned department.
- Maintain a polite, empathetic, and professional communication style.

Skills Required:

- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.




- Good Malayalam and English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
- Patient-friendly attitude.
- Ability to handle calls and multitask efficiently.

Qualification:

- Any Bachelor’s Degree
- Diploma in Hospital Administration is preferred

Experience:

- 0–1 year of experience
