Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to identify potential customers, generate qualified leads, and support the sales team in achieving business targets. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, research, and prospecting skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate potential leads through online research, cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Research target markets, industries, and prospective clients.
- Build and maintain a database of potential customers.
- Contact prospects to understand their requirements and assess business opportunities.
- Qualify leads based on the company's target audience and business requirements.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate lead details, follow-ups, and activity records in CRM tools or Excel.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Follow up with prospective customers regularly to nurture business opportunities.
- Achieve daily,



weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of lead generation, cold calling, and email outreach.
- Good internet research and data management skills.
- Familiarity with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and follow-up skills

Preferred Experience

- Experience in B2B or B2C lead generation is an advantage.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, IndiaMART, or similar prospecting tools is desirable.
- Freshers with positive communication skills and a willingness to learn may apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
