Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced IT business development professional to drive business growth, manage government and private-sector project opportunities, and lead our Business Analyst and Tender/Proposal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop business strategies and generate new IT project opportunities across government departments, PSUs and private organizations.
- Identify and manage tenders, RFPs, RFQs, EOIs and opportunities through GeM and e-procurement portals.
- Lead tender evaluation, bid strategy, technical and commercial proposals, and timely submissions.
- Manage client relationships, partnerships, vendor registrations and empanelments.
- Lead the Business Analyst team in requirement analysis, solution planning and proposal preparation.
- Coordinate with technical,



finance and delivery teams for feasibility, costing and solution development.
- Monitor sales pipelines, tender outcomes, team performance and business growth.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 7–10 years of experience in IT business development, government projects, pre-sales or tender management.
- Experience in an IT services, software development or technology consulting company.
- Solid knowledge of government tenders, GeM, e-procurement, RFPs and proposal management.
- Understanding of software development and technology solutions.
- Proven leadership, client management, negotiation and business development skills.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in e-Governance, government/PSU projects or public-sector procurement.
- Knowledge of Gujarat government tendering processes.
- Exposure to AI/ML, IoT, cloud, data analytics or digital transformation projects.

Ideal Candidate: An IT industry professional with strong business development and tender management expertise, capable of driving project acquisition and leading Business Analyst and Tender/Proposal teams.
