Executive / Sr Executive / AM / Manager Fundraising & Investor Relations

Job Description:
We are looking for a fundraising professional with experience in real estate financing, debt raising and investor relations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Raise funds through banks, NBFCs, AIFs, HNIs and other investors.
- Manage construction finance, LAP, LRD, project finance and refinancing.
- Build and maintain relationships with lenders and investors.
- Handle financial modelling, cash flow projections, debt structuring and funding documentation.
- Monitor loan covenants, treasury and liquidity.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in real estate fundraising.
- Strong bank/NBFC relationships and knowledge of the Kolkata real estate market.
- Positive Hindi and working-level English communication skills.
- Relocation considered only for Kolkata natives with prior local market experience.
