Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to acquire current channel partners for real estate projects.
- Manage relationships with existing channel partners, ensuring timely delivery of services and meeting project requirements.
- Identify potential partners through market research, industry trends, and networking events.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate partner solutions into project designs.

Job Requirements :

- 1-10 years of experience in real estate sales or residential sales.
- Proven track record in channel partner management or similar role.
- Strong understanding of the local real estate market and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
