Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead a team of AML analysts to ensure efficient processing of transactions and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement effective strategies for improving KPIs, reducing errors, and increasing productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues related to transaction monitoring, customer due diligence, and risk assessment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines by conducting regular audits and training sessions.
Job Requirements :
- 4-15 years of experience in anti-money laundering (AML) operations or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills in English; ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams; solid leadership skills required.
