JOB DESCRIPTION – SECURITY GUARD

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and disciplined Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of residents, visitors, staff, property, and common areas of the apartment community.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and control entry and exit of residents, visitors, vendors, workers, and vehicles.
- Maintain visitor and vehicle entry registers accurately.
- Verify visitor details and obtain resident confirmation before allowing entry.
- Monitor CCTV cameras and report any suspicious activity immediately.
- Conduct regular security rounds of the apartment premises, parking areas, common areas, and other designated locations.
- Control and monitor delivery personnel, service providers, and contractors.
- Ensure proper parking discipline and prevent unauthorized parking.
- Monitor movement of construction workers and other temporary personnel.
- Report incidents such as theft, damage, unauthorized entry, accidents, fire, or other emergencies to the concerned management.
- Assist residents and visitors politely and provide necessary guidance.
- Maintain proper handover/takeover records between security shifts.
- Ensure security equipment, gates, keys, registers,



and other security materials are properly maintained.
- Support emergency procedures, including fire and evacuation arrangements.
- Coordinate with the Facility Manager, Maintenance Team, Housekeeping Team, and Police/Fire Services when required.
- Ensure the apartment's security rules and regulations are followed.
- Perform any other security-related duties assigned by management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in apartment, residential, commercial, or corporate security.
- Basic knowledge of security procedures and visitor management.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physically fit, alert, punctual, and disciplined.
- Ability to work in shifts, including night shifts.
- Basic knowledge of CCTV monitoring is preferred.

Working Conditions

- Shift-based duty, including day and night shifts.
- Must remain alert throughout the assigned duty period.
- Uniform and proper grooming are mandatory.
- Must maintain professional and respectful behaviour with residents, visitors, and staff.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
