We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Manager - Process Excellence in the Comms & Media domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process excellence and be able to drive improvements across various functions.

Roles and Responsibility

- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
- Analyze data and metrics to measure process performance and inform decision-making.
- Design and implement new processes and procedures to improve quality and customer satisfaction.
- Lead change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new processes.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and budget efficiencies through process optimization.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

- Robust project management skills, including experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with process mapping and flowcharting tools, such as Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
