Role Overview

- Design architecture, data models and APIs
- Build and ship features across backend, web and mobile
- Integrate third-party services and partner platforms
- Own security, cloud infrastructure and production stability

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 2+ years of full-stack development, including practical experience building fintech or

wealthtech products in production

• Has led end-to-end product builds as a tech lead, from architecture to app-store launch,

and managed a team of developers

• Strong skills in:

- Backend: Node.js / TypeScript or Python, PostgreSQL, Redis, queues, and

REST/GraphQL APIs

- Frontend and mobile: React / Next.js and React Native or Flutter
- Cloud and DevOps: AWS, GCP, or Azure, Docker, CI/CD, and observability
- AI: LLM applications, tool-calling or agents, RAG, and evaluation

• Experience with broker or custodian APIs, global investing (LRS / GIFT City),

• Understanding of security, compliance, and audit requirements in regulated financial

services

• Ownership of outcomesa secure, live platform that investors use, not just code

• Sound judgement on security, compliance, and data privacy, and the willingness to

raise concerns early

• Clear written documentation and regular progress updates against milestones

• A builders mindset: comfortable in a rapid-moving, early-stage environment and willing

to be hands-on
