Role & responsibilities

- Get well versed with the business and look for potential savings prospect, Assessment of risk and opportunity associated with the accounts being highlighted & discussed with account delivery leads
- Conduct a thorough variance analysis of Actual Vs. FC with appropriate comments and reasoning to help understand numbers better.
- Forecast review with business managers
- Project follow up
- Drive margin related discussions with the business managers
- Budget/DVI Management
- WIP/BIA Management
- Invoicing and Cash collection
- Manage the Intercompany Transactions if required

- Manage and track the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) along with operations and business leaders
- Knowledge of IFRS 15 is mandatory in terms of revenue recognition
- Provide proactive business analysis
- Provide inputs to auditors regarding operations for Statutory, Hard close & Year end audits. Make sure that any queries are responded to in a timely fashion.
- THOR management (booking based on required documents like contractual agreement, pricing tool, and de-booking based on defined approvals)




- Support business with any Adhoc requirement and reporting

- Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills

- Possess high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proactive and a positive attitude
- Advanced technical skills including Microsoft Excel
- Advanced Knowledge of S4H

Desirable Skills:

- Systems experience in ORACLE ,SAP and Business Objects,
- Proficiency in Excel, Exposure to Hyperion planning and reporting tool would be an advantage
- To have worked closely with senior non-Finance resources
- IT industry knowledge
- Chartered Accountant or MBA Finance or ICWA
- Experience of working in Finance controllers’ team
- Perspective & understanding of financial statements and KPI
- Ability to works independently with Business, Delivery and Finance colleagues
